Situated picturesquely just meters from the banks of the Veselina River and the beautiful Kapinovski Waterfall, at the foot of the Elenski Balkan, the forest houses and triple deluxe room are ideal options for unforgettable family vacations, joyful gatherings of friends, exciting team-building events, or simply an escape from the hectic daily life. The five houses and the triple deluxe room are located at the beginning of our complex and are close to each other. Directly above them lies an expansive forest area, providing a direct connection to nature, seclusion, and tranquility. The bustling epicenter of activities in the campsite is just a few steps away. Each forest house features a spacious veranda from which you can admire the surroundings. In front of the houses, there is a large grassy area and parking spaces.
Four of the houses have three rooms, each with three double rooms. Each of these houses has a total capacity for 6 people. The fifth house is a single room and offers accommodation for 2 people. The houses can be rented individually or all together if the group is larger. The total bed capacity of all houses is 26 places.

Three-Bedroom Forest Houses
The four three-bedroom houses are perfect for family vacations or group gatherings. Each is built from natural pine wood and embodies harmony with nature. Located on one level and with an area of 65-75 sq.m. (excluding the veranda), they offer comfort and coziness. The bedrooms are three – two with double beds and one with two single beds or a queen bed. The houses have two modernly equipped bathrooms and toilets.
The interior is in a classic style, with carefully selected colors and wooden furniture that contribute to a sense of coziness and tranquility. The veranda of each house is an ideal place for solitude or friendly conversations on warm summer evenings. In front of the houses, there is a green area and parking spaces, while the nearby forest provides natural shade and coolness.

One-Bedroom Forest House
The one-bedroom forest house is ideal for couples seeking a romantic retreat. With an area of about 38 sq.m. (excluding the veranda), it offers a double bed and a private bathroom and toilet. The interior is elegant, with fresh colors and wooden furniture, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The veranda provides a beautiful view and a place to relax.
The forest houses do not have their own kitchen or living room. If you wish to cook something, you can use the common tourist kitchen in the campsite. For your convenience, the Vodenitsata Tavern and the Summer Eatery are also available.

Triple Deluxe Room
Looking for a room in the midst of our campsite? We have a solution for that too. For those who wish to visit us and love camping but prefer the comforts of a hotel room, Kapinovski Monastery Camping offers a spacious triple deluxe room (30 sq.m.) for rent.
The room is a stylistic blend of authentic and modern, located on the ground floor of the Vodenitsata Tavern building, with a view of the pool and just meters from the Veselina River and the beautiful Kapinovski Waterfall. The interior, with fresh colors and abundant oak wood from the furniture, creates a sense of warmth, coziness, and relaxation.
The room is ideal for a family with one child or a couple, featuring a large double bed (king size) and a single bed with a pull-out platform. Pets are not allowed in the room.
The forest houses and the triple deluxe room have minimal differences in exterior, interior, size, and furniture arrangement. They cannot be selected based on the aforementioned criteria. The “pool entrance fee” is not included in the announced price for the forest houses and is paid separately at the pool entrance. The houses are not air-conditioned, but their location under natural shade and solid insulation ensures a pleasant and cool temperature during the summer months.
Lighting open fires in front of and around the houses is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the veranda but not in the rooms. Moving the equipment outside the accommodation is not allowed. Any losses and damages will incur a corresponding fine.

The campsite offers pools, sports fields, a children’s playground, a tourist kitchen, laundry facilities, a restaurant, and a tavern.
The price includes wi-fi, electricity and water consumption, parking for one car, as well as all tourist taxes and fees.
